  • How do you price your services?
    We charge a flat price per job. We take into consideration multiple factors before quoting a price for the cleaning. Once we give you the estimate, it will not change unless extreme circumstances occur.
  • Do I need to be home during the cleaning?
    No. We understand that everyone has busy lives, therefore you do not need to be home for the cleaning. To ensure peace of mind, we will communicate with you every step of the cleaning as well.
  • What should I do before the cleaning team arrives?
    For the most part, nothing. Secure pets if they may be a risk. Pick up the kids toys so there are no accidents. Simple stuff :)
  • Can I book a recurring service? Are there any discount for doing so?
    Yes and yes! We highly appreciate your loyalty to us and therefore we will give you a discount.
  • How do I reschedule or cancel my appointment?
    Call us or text us, rescheduling is never an issue(A minimum notice period of 72 hours is appreciated). However, if you cancel within 24 hours of your appointment a $50 fee will be charged.
  • How are your cleaners trained and vetted?
    Simple, they clean our home. If they're not good enough for our personal standards, then they are not good for our clients.
  • What precautions are you taking due to COVID-19?
    We make sure all our cleaners are well and healthy. Gloves are required, masks are optional.
  • How far in advance do I need to book?
    Usually 1 to 2 weeks ahead. Under urgent matters a few days notice will be sufficient.
  • Do you have a satisfaction guarantee?
    Yes. We know this is an investment, and we respect that. Therefore, we will do our absolute best to give you 100% satisfaction guaranteed. Our work is a testament to our character.
  • What payment methods do you accept?
    All of them. Cash or card is preferred.
